Cr Coated Diamond Powder is a chromium-coated synthetic diamond developed for selected metal-bond abrasive tools and thermal composites requiring improved diamond–metal interface control. Under suitable thermal processing, chromium can react with diamond to form chromium carbide phases, strengthening interfacial bonding and improving compatibility with copper and other selected metal matrices.
