Crushed and sharp diamond grit is a mesh-size diamond abrasive produced from selected HPHT monocrystalline diamond feedstock through mechanical crushing, cleaning, shaping and classification. Crownkyn supplies crushed diamond powder fractions from 60/70 to 400/500 mesh.
The irregular, angular and multi-edged particles provide sharp cutting action, efficient stock removal and low grinding resistance in resin-bond, metal-bond and electroplated grinding tools.
