Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crownkyn Diamond's products, services, or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crownkyn Diamond.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting to our website.
Important: These terms apply to all customers, distributors, and partners engaging with Crownkyn Diamond's superabrasive materials and related services.
Products & Services
Crownkyn Diamond specializes in high-end superhard materials, including synthetic diamond powder, cubic boron nitride (CBN) powder, and precision grinding materials. Our product portfolio includes:
Diamond Products
- • High-strength monocrystalline diamond
- • Fine-particle diamond powder
- • Micron and nano-diamond materials
Specialized Materials
- • CBN powder variants
- • Modified micron powders
- • Custom grinding solutions
All products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 standards and comply with international quality specifications. Custom formulations are available upon request.
Orders & Payment
Orders are processed upon receipt of signed purchase agreements and required documentation. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on product specifications.
Payment Terms
Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and market conditions. Confirmed orders will honor quoted prices for the specified validity period.
Quality Assurance
Every batch undergoes comprehensive testing using world-class equipment including SEM microscopes, laser particle analyzers, and impact strength testers. All parameters are verified against ISO standards and GB6966-86 requirements.
Quality Guarantees
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) provided with every shipment
- Full traceability from raw materials to finished products
- Retained samples for 24 months for verification purposes
- Replacement guarantee for products not meeting specifications
Quality disputes must be reported within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation and unused product samples.
Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped globally with appropriate packaging and documentation. Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 standards unless otherwise specified.
Domestic Shipping
- • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
- • Express delivery: 1-2 business days
- • Free shipping on orders over specified minimum
International Shipping
- • Air freight: 5-10 business days
- • Sea freight: 15-45 days (depending on destination)
- • All necessary export documentation provided
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier. Insurance coverage is available upon request. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary technologies, formulations, manufacturing processes, and technical documentation remain the exclusive property of Crownkyn Diamond. This includes but is not limited to:
- Manufacturing processes and quality control methods
- Product specifications and technical data sheets
- Research and development findings
- Trademarks, logos, and brand materials
Customers may not reverse engineer, analyze, or attempt to determine the composition of our products without explicit written authorization. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of business relationship and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Crownkyn Diamond's liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of purchase price, whichever is lower. We shall not be liable for:
- • Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
- • Loss of profits, production, or business interruption
- • Damages resulting from improper use or storage
- • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
Total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
