Monocrystalline Diamond Paste

20+ Years Experience Ultra-Precision Quality Customized Solutions
Monocrystalline Diamond Paste is a high-performance polishing compound formulated with high-strength synthetic single-crystal diamond powder, precisely processed through milling, classification, and purification. Each abrasive grain retains a complete monocrystalline structure, delivering sharp cutting edges, excellent wear resistance, and stable polishing behavior. This paste is designed for precision polishing where high gloss, dimensional accuracy, and controlled material removal are required, making it suitable for metals, hard alloys, ceramics, optical glass, and other hard or brittle materials.

Features

  • Monocrystalline Diamond Abrasive: Each particle is a complete single crystal, providing sharp cutting edges and stable polishing performance.
  • High Cutting Efficiency: Sharp crystal edges enable effective micro-cutting and controlled material removal.
  • Excellent Wear Resistance: Dense crystal structure ensures slow wear and long service life during polishing.
  • Consistent Surface Finish: Uniform diamond dispersion helps achieve repeatable surface quality and good gloss.
  • Thermal Stability: Maintains performance under friction heat generated in precision polishing processes.

Specifications

  • Binder Type:
    • Oil-Based Diamond Paste: Provides excellent lubrication and heat dissipation, helping reduce scratch risk during long polishing cycles. Best suited for metals, cemented carbides, moulds, and precision components, especially in dry or extended polishing applications.
    • Water-Based Diamond Paste: Offers fast cooling, easy cleanup, and no oily residue. Suitable for glass, ceramics, semiconductors, and clean processes where residue control is important.
  • Concentration Options:
    • Light (10%–20%): Fine finishing and mirror polishing.
    • Medium (20%–50%): General precision polishing.
    • Heavy (50%–90%): High-efficiency material removal.
